Consult

Heidi will explain the process and her role as facilitator. You will ask all your questions and see if you and Heidi are a good fit.

2

Prep Session

• Intention setting is an integral part of the psilocybin journey.

What are you exploring?

What are you seeking?

What are your healing needs?

• You and Heidi will develop your intentions and goals.

• The amount of psilocybin, dosing, will be determined and agreed upon.

• Aftercare and Integration will be discussed.

Administration

• Psilocybin is administered at a Service Center.

• Depending on the amount of psilocybin, your journey may take up to 6 hours. Heidi will be there for you the whole time.

• You may not drive home and will have an agreed upon plan for transportation.

Integration

Integrating your psilocybin journey is a fundamental part of the experience. What insights have been made? What are future goals and next steps?

As Heidi was taught “If you aren’t integrating you’re just doing drugs.”
